Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
For this position, you must have a general knowledge of the golf game and be able to pass a basic assessment demonstrating your golf knowledge.
We do not teach the basics of golf as part of any certification that we offer.
However, you are not required to be an expert Golfer to perform well.
Outside service team members that perform well may be offered an opportunity to caddie if a position opens up.
$16 - $18 per hour Job
Responsibilities:
Outside Service duties include staging golf carts, maintaining the bag room & cart barn, attending the bag drop, maintaining the practice range, and more.
Cheerfully interact and deliver world class customer service.
Job Education and Experience Requirements:
Must be outgoing and have a customer-first personality.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
